I gently convey messages through the Reiki energy for the client to understand their process and what is taking place. Each session facilitates transformation, always bringing recharged energy, greater clarity  and confidence in the client’s next steps. You are in charge of your own healing while working within the compassionate, restorative Reiki energy.

What can I expect for my Individual Reiki session?

Individual Reiki Sessions

  • Sessions are offered for 2 hours, 1.5 hours and 1 hour in duration.

  • Sessions will be done on Zoom audio.

  • Sessions can be conducted live with the client or performed at a predetermined time while the client continues their day. This option is available for the regular client who simply does not have time to take off work but is experiencing stress and worry.

  • For asynchronous sessions, a recording of the session is sent. If a client would like a live session and to have the recording sent, this can be arranged.

  • Appointments can be booked using the Book Now button below, with a schedule primarily through the work week.

Group Reiki Healing Events

Introducing Reiki to audiences that are interested, motivated and open to experiencing Reiki energy healing. Groups within the GTA may opt for an in-person experience, however, upon invitation I am able to travel further a field. Virtual services are also available.

  • The entire length of my participation is approximately 1.5 hours in duration. This is ideal for group based gatherings that value their personal healing, growth and development.

  • This is done as a Healing Experience from the Holy Fire® system of Reiki, faciliated by spiritually guided life force energy. There is a short guided portion that may seem like a guided meditation however it is not. The participants are guided to a sacred space where they can then go off deeper, immersed within the Holy Fire® Reiki energy for a set time. Each participant will have their own unique experience whatever that is for them. Those who are open to healing will experience things differently than those who are closed. Each Healing Experience is Divinely Guided for the participant within the Reiki energy. There is a brief discussion prior to the Healing Experience and an opportunity to share experiences after. Reiki is a Complementary medical therapy and may interest healthcare providers at healthcare facilities or support groups that would like to invest in their own healing.

  • Guest speaker services are available upon request. This could include lectures, corporate wellness events and retreats. I perform Stress-Relieving Team Healing Experiences for groups in the workplace. Please inquire with your specific interest.

Level 1 and Level 2 Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki

  • Both Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki are full day courses conducted online

Usui/Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki Master

  • This is done as three full days typically over one weekend or it can be done over two weekends conducted online

  • Online and in-person qualifications

Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® World Peace Master Level

  • This is done as three full days typically over a weekend or it can be done over two weekends conducted online

  • It is only available to those already trained to the Reiki Master Level

  • Online and in-person qualifications

  • This system of Reiki works with all lineages and religions, it is a spiritual practice of healing

  • The teaching will be done virtually over Zoom

  • In the Holy Fire® Reiki system there no longer is a need for the Reiki Master Teacher to physically pass on the energy through attunements

Reiki Teaching

Space clearing can be done in person, but primarily is done from a distance. It heals, transmutes and cleanses the spiritual energy that is lingering in a physical location. This process identifies the issues and then gently and compassionately facilitates the energy being cleared. It restores and refreshes the physical space as well as the land.

This is a highly specialized skill and my 22 years of Reiki practice have been foundational in its development.

Space Clearing

  • It is important to remember that people may also carry energy that needs to be cleared. It is ideal to have both people and their space cleared to allow peace and calm to be restored. This may be done during the space clearing or may need an additional individual Reiki session to be booked depending on the circumstances. Every situation is unique. About Cindy

With over 20 years of hands-on Reiki experience and training in three different systems of Reiki healing energy, I am an expert healing facilitator empowering individuals to become the best possible version of themselves.

I am a Professional Member of the International Centre for Reiki Training (ICRT) which is internationally recognized and respected. As a former practicing Registered Nurse, with an Honors Degree in Psychology and Health, and an investigator in published medical research, I wholeheartedly support health and wellness with both science and spirituality working in harmony to elevate the experience you are given. My training in mindfulness practice as an instructor and shamanic practice (Celtic) also serve my spiritual nature making me the Reiki practitioner that I am today. I have witnessed inspiring transformations that have changed forever the lives of others. It is truly remarkable the healing that takes place when working with this Divinely Guided Life Force Energy.
