The quote to ponder this month incorporated elements from the previous blog posts of the featured article, spirit encounter, and recommended read focusing on new beginnings and moving forward. Finding the courage within one’s self to reflect, heal inwardly, or listen to your heart, creates space to take action for you to move forward.

Shamini Jain reminded us:

• Releasing habitual patterns that are no longer serving us creates greater space for healing to occur and for us to move forward.

The Universe listens and delivers based on our intentions:

• If our intentions are clouded by unconscious energetic blocks that are formed by our limiting beliefs, we may not be experiencing the full extent of life’s rewards.

• Reiki energy facilitates healing to release what no longer serves us energetically, emotionally or mentally. Saying goodbye to limiting beliefs or blocks that are holding us back, creates new opportunities (hello’s) for abundance in all areas of our lives.

The Alchemist taught us:

• Use courage to follow your heart and make your own path, following what you desire as opposed to following what other people want for you. Follow inner guidance and outward signs such as synchronicities or opportunities that present themselves.

• When events came up that felt unfortunate, the shepherd courageously persisted past the doubt and looked for his next opportunity that would bring him closer to his treasure. Doors opened for the shepherd every time he bravely chose to fulfill his personal legend.

• Ultimately, treasure was found through the wisdom and experience gained on the journey. By saying goodbye to his old life, and hello to his new adventure, the shepherd reaped more than physical treasure but spiritual, mental and emotional treasure as well.

if you’re brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello.
